BT_ANCS_PARSE_STATE_APP_ID	Parsing app ID.
BT_ANCS_PARSE_STATE_ATTR_ID	Parsing attribute ID.
BT_ANCS_PARSE_STATE_ATTR_LEN1	Parsing the LSB of the attribute length.
