Ed25519ph signature key pair generation with context.

Given a secret key sk, the corresponding public key is computed and put into pk. The key pair can then be used to sign and verify message signatures.

Parameters

	ctx	Context.
[out]	pk	Generated public key.
	sk	Secret key. Must be pre-filled with random data.
