Start service discovery for a Bluetooth LE Audio unicast (CIS) server.

Parameters

[in]	conn	Pointer to the connection.
[in]	dir	Direction of the stream.

Return values

-EALREADY	Device has already been discovered.
-ENOSPC	No more room in headset list.
0	Success.
