Enable the LE Audio broadcast (BIS) source.

Parameters

[in]	broadcast_param	Array of create parameters for creating a Broadcast Isochronous Group (BIG).
[in]	big_index	Index of the BIG to enable.

Returns

0 for success, error otherwise.
