Board support
The nRF Connect SDK provides board definitions for all Nordic Semiconductor devices and follows Zephyr’s Hardware support hierarchy.
For the complete list, see the tables on the Board names page, listed by Boards included in sdk-zephyr, Boards included in sdk-nrf, and Shields included in sdk-nrf. You can select the board targets for these boards when Building an application.
Some boards can support Cortex-M Security Extensions (CMSE), with their board targets separated for different Processing environments.
In addition, you can define custom boards.
