CONFIG_NRF_CLOUD_FOTA 

is enabled (MQTT FOTA).

Return values

0	SMP update installed successfully.
-ENOTSUP	Error; CONFIG_NRF_CLOUD_FOTA_SMP is not enabled.
-EIO	Error; failed to schedule image installation.
-EPROTO	Error; failed to reset SMP device.

Returns

A negative value indicates an error.
