Start a FOTA download using an external download client. Requires.

CONFIG_FOTA_DOWNLOAD_EXTERNAL_DL 

to be enabled.

Parameters

host	Name of host.
file	File path of the firmware image.
expected_type	Type of firmware image to be installed.
image_size	Size of the firmware image.

Return values

0	If successful. Otherwise, a (negative) error code is returned.
