Connection Anchor Point Update Event Reports enable.
This vendor specific command is used to enable or disable generation of VS_Conn_Anchor_Point_Update_Report events. See sdc_hci_subevent_vs_conn_anchor_point_update_report_t.
When enabled, the controller will start producing reports for all ACL connections whenever a connection anchor point is updated. See Core_v5.4, Vol 6, Part B, Section 4.5.1.
This event is generated every connection interval. For peripheral connections, the generation of this event is skipped if no packet from the central is received.
If the application does not pull a report in time, it will be overwritten.
After HCI Reset, this feature is disabled.
Event(s) generated (unless masked away): When the command has completed, an HCI_Command_Complete event shall be generated.
