int16_t lte_lc_conn_eval_params::tx_power

Estimated TX power in dBm.

If rrc_state is LTE_LC_RRC_MODE_IDLE, the value is for first preamble transmission in (N)PRACH.

If rrc_state is LTE_LC_RRC_MODE_CONNECTED, the value is the latest physical data channel (N)PUSCH transmission power level.
