Parameters

[out]	obj	Object to contain timestamp.
[in]	time_ms	Timestamp value in milliseconds. UNIX epoch format.

-EINVAL	Invalid parameter.

-ENOMEM	Out of memory.
-ENOTSUP	Action not supported for the object's type.
0	Success; item added.
