Create an nRF Cloud GNSS message object.

If successful, memory is allocated for the provided object. The nrf_cloud_obj_free function should be called when finished with the object.

Parameters

[out]	obj	Uninitialzed object to contain the GNSS message.
[in]	gnss	GNSS data.

Return values

-EINVAL	Invalid parameter.
-EBADF	Invalid object type.
-ENOTEMPTY	Object already initialized.
-ENOMEM	Out of memory.
-ENOSYS	Modem library (NRF_MODEM) not enabled.
-EFBIG	NMEA string too large, see NRF_MODEM_GNSS_NMEA_MAX_LEN.
-EPROTO	Unhandled GNSS type.
0	Success; GNSS message created.
