Create a new instance in the OMA LwM2M Portfolio object (/16/instance_id ).

Parameters

instance_id

The identifier to be used for the new instance.

Return values

0	If the instance has been created successfully.
-ENOENT	If the object is not yet initialized.
-ENOMEM	If it was not possible to create the instance because the maximum number of supported object instances has already been reached.
-EINVAL	If the provided instance identifier is already in use.
