Register DULT user.

The function must be called before calling any other functions from the DULT user API. Only one DULT user can be registered at a time. Only the registered DULT user is allowed to use other DULT APIs.

Parameters

user	Structure containing user information.

Returns

0 if the operation was successful. Otherwise, a (negative) error code is returned.
