Heart Rate Measurement notification callback.

This function is called every time the client receives a notification with Heart Rate Measurement data.

Parameters

[in]	hrs_c	Heart Rate Service Client instance.
[in]	meas	Heart Rate Measurement received data.
[in]	err	0 if the notification is valid. Otherwise, contains a (negative) error code.
