Sets the termination ending from the serial terminal
Levels are:
-  NULL Termination
-  CR Termination
-  LF Termination
-  CR+LF Termination

WARNING! Some AT commands (like AT+CMGS) use CR internally.
Selecting CR Termination will render those commands unavailable.
